REGISTER NOWThe National Conference is organised by Human Capital Singapore (HCS) and the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i, an agency of the National Trades Union Congress).
It will bring together government, industry, and academic leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges for the economy and workforce post-COVID 19.
Human Capital (Singapore) “HCS”, together with the NTUC Job Security Council is pleased to organise a 1.5-day National & Job Security Conference on Boosting the Immunity of the Economy, Organisations, Systems and People during COVID-19 on 2 Jul (half day) and 3 July 2020 (full day). NTUC Job Security Council is an ecosystem of companies that is built on trust to pilot new ways to match and place workforce and shorten unemployment.
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the old world order and a new world order will emerge, marked by geo-political, economic and psycho-social consequences. This Conference will discuss how Singapore companies and workforce can build up their capabilities and immunity by upskilling, reskilling and re-purposing to make the economy tick again.
The Conference provides a platform for institutions, businesses and the workforce to take stock of realities, adapt, adopt and stay agile with a new mindset for employability.
